Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your relationship with Yannis Marketing regarding the purchase of our herbal and wellness products.
1.2. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not place an order through our Website or sales channels.

Orders & Payment
3.1. Clients must provide accurate information (full name, delivery address, phone number) when placing an order.
3.2. All payments are Pay on Delivery (POD). No prepayment or card details are required.
3.3. The Client agrees to accept and pay for the product upon delivery.
3.4. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include standard delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders already confirmed will be honoured at the agreed price.

Acceptance
4.1. By ticking "I agree with the Terms & Conditions" and clicking "Submit," the Client accepts the Offer.
4.2. Confirmation of an order shall be communicated by our customer care team via phone call or WhatsApp.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where delivery is not feasible or the Client cannot be reached for confirmation.

Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available nationwide across Nigeria, typically within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
5.2. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. The Client must be available at the agreed delivery address or provide an alternative contact person to receive the Goods.
5.4. Where the Client is unreachable after three (3) delivery attempts, or where accepted Goods are refused without cause, the order may be cancelled and may affect the Client's ability to place future orders.

Returns & Refunds
6.1. Clients may inspect the Goods upon delivery before making payment.
6.2. If the Goods are visibly damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, the Client may refuse the delivery at the point of receipt.
6.3. For claims after delivery, the Client must contact our support team within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods.
6.4. Refunds, where approved, will be processed in line with our internal review procedure.

Use of Products
7.1. Our Goods are natural herbal supplements intended to support general wellness.
7.2. Clients must follow the usage instructions provided with each product.
7.3. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7.4. Individuals who are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on our Website — including product names, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Yannis Marketing or its licensors.
8.2. Clients may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any of this material without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our Goods.
9.2. The Company's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific order.

10.1. Personal information collected from Clients is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. By placing an order, the Client consents to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
11.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
11.2. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12.2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the appropriate courts in Nigeria shall have jurisdiction.
